Cristian Romero could leave Tottenham this summer.
The centre-back made just 18 Premier League appearances as he suffered with injuries in a dismal campaign for Spurs.
He is attracting significant interest from Atletico Madrid, with a £60million fee reportedly set by Daniel Levy
Romero has also rejected a mega-money offer to stay at Tottenham, and while he is a leader within the squad, his fitness concerns and lack of availability could make him available if the price is right.
Frank should keep Romero at Tottenham
Romero’s future at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is expected to be the subject of debate throughout the transfer window.

Former Spurs defender Steven Caulker believes that he should be kept around at all costs, due to his influence in the squad.
Speaking on talkSPORT (16:14 pm, 5 July), he said: “He is a player that Spurs need, absolutely.
“He is someone who is sort of the backbone of Spurs, he is often given the armband there.
“If you are talking about a defining season, I think keeping hold of the leaders within the team, keeping hold of the more experienced players, it is going to be vital.
“The fact that they playing in the Champions League this season, I would like to see the bigger names stay and Cristian Romero is certainly one of them.”
Tottenham should keep Romero amid Atletico interest
For starters, the amount that the Madrid-based side are offering is ridiculous, they want to pay around £47.5m for the 27-year-old.
However perhaps more importantly, as Caulker said, Romero is a leader and that influence would not be easily replaceable for Spurs.
They have the likes of Kota Takai and Luka Vuskovic waiting in the wings and the Argentinian could be a big help in their development, if he sticks around.
He has two years left on his contract, so there is no rush for the Lilywhites to sell but they may want to extract maximum value rather than letting him leave when he has just one year left on his deal.
Thomas Frank should keep him, especially as the Dane adapts to the demands and pressures of being Spurs manager, something which Ange Postecoglou found out very quickly.
The N17 outfit should not allow of their most influential players in the dressing room leave, that would send the wrong message and potentially leave Frank in a pickle that could be his undoing.
His injury issues are a concern, but what he brings off the pitch, is far too valuable for the former Brentford boss to lose in his first season in the job.
The Europa League winners may well sign a new centre-back but whether he would be better than Romero in terms of both ability and leadership is a different question entirely.
