Leeds United travel to London on Monday night to face Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League, seeking a seventh successive game without defeat.

With just three games left of the campaign, the Whites will be aiming to build on their strong run of form and finish on a high as they take on Roberto De Zerbi's side away from home.

Ahead of the clash, assistant manager Edmund Riemer spoke to the media.

"I think it will be a huge test, in terms of Spurs, they will go for it. I know the manager managed to get them out of the relegation places so we are fully aware that we need to be up for it and we want to maintain our top form.

"This is best form we have been in throughout the season now, and we want to finish the season on a high and also as soon as possible seal it also mathematically."

On De Zerbi's impact since joining Tottenham, Riemer stated: "That's not for me to judge from the outside, but I think he has an impact on the players.

"I think they follow him, what he says, what he wants to do I think he's quite clear in that, and gives him the confidence and you can see it.

"If you see our previous seasons it has to seem that every season has to be a special season to achieve what we want to achieve," the German added on the prospect of mathematical safety come Monday.

"To achieve now on being on 43 points, it's truly something special, especially if you see what the promoted teams did the last years.

"Especially the form that we picked up, we had to come through it to be now with 43 points with three games to go. I think in the form table we are the second best team at the moment so it's massive here and credit to the players."
