Tottenham Hotspur are one of many clubs tracking in-form Bournemouth attacker Antoine Semenyo, but there are no discussions underway over a possible deal, according to GIVEMESPORT senior football correspondent Fabrizio Romano.

Spurs have made important behind-scenes changes across the last six weeks that could impact player recruitment, with chairman Daniel Levy departing and Fabio Paratici returning in an official capacity as joint sporting director alongside Johan Lange.

Romano: Tottenham 'Tracking' Antoine Semenyo

Despite adding the likes of Mohammed Kudus, Xavi Simons, Mathys Tel and Randal Kolo Muani to Thomas Frank's attacking options during the summer transfer window, Spurs are still being linked with a move for a new forward in 2026.

One of the players mentioned regularly is Bournemouth star Semenyo, who has been in scintillating form for the Cherries this term.

GIVEMESPORT Key Statistic: Antoine Semenyo is averaging a Premier League goal every 105 minutes this season.

The Ghana international signed a new five-year deal at the Vitality Stadium in July, and he has six goals and three assists in seven Premier League appearances for the south coast club during the 2025-26 campaign.

It is no wonder that the 25-year-old has admiring glances from many clubs, including Tottenham, as Romano revealed in his latest GIVEMESPORT newsletter on Friday.

Many clubs are tracking him, Spurs and not only. But it's not something being discussed now, it's too early.

Despite the confirmed interest from Tottenham, Romano says it is far too early for any discussions over a potential transfer with the January transfer window still two-and-a-half months away.

It's also likely that Bournemouth would demand a huge fee to lose their prized asset in the New Year, with any deal surely more likely to happen next summer.

TalkSPORT report Semenyo has a secret release clause written into the new Bournemouth contract he signed this earlier, although the Cherries would be looking for 'north of £75m' to cash in.
