Supporter representatives and Club leadership discussed supporter sentiment of the Men’s and Women’s teams at the beginning of the season, the Club’s strategic direction, supporter services and plans to strengthen engagement with supporters.
Discussion around the Men’s team included summer transfer activity, squad development and changes to the Training Centre. Club personnel acknowledged supporter frustrations relating to recent on-pitch performances, and reaffirmed the focus on building a team capable of competing at the highest level.
Following a positive start to the season for Tottenham Hotspur Women, the FAB discussed the continued growth and investment in the Women’s team, alongside the development of facilities and further opportunities to strengthen supporter engagement.
Acknowledging concerns raised by fan representatives regarding response times to supporter queries, the Club outlined the work underway to improve service levels, including additional resources and improvements to systems and automation.
The FAB also discussed recent positive work recognising Club heritage highlighting the launch of the Hall of Fame, Women’s Legacy Numbers and the Legends Lunch initiative. The FAB also discussed its priorities, centring around greater sharing of information gathered through supporter engagement, matchday experience and atmosphere and the Club’s identity and communications.
