Heung-min Son could be on the move this summer, with fresh reports indicating Tottenham Hotspur may finally part ways with their long-serving captain.

The future of Heung-min Son has been a major talking point in the past few weeks, with several different reports doing the rounds.

Before the final of the Europa League, it was reported that there was a chance that Son would remain at Spurs for an extra season, despite interest from Saudi Arabia.

The Tottenham captain has achieved his dream of lifting silverware in the Lilywhites of Spurs after he hoisted the Europa League trophy high up in the air under the lights in Spain at the San Mames Stadium.

A new update on the Korean’s future has now emerged, with the Telegraph reporting that Heung-min Son is set to leave Tottenham Hotspur this summer.

It is claimed that Spurs are looking to generate transfer funds as they aim to refresh their squad ahead of their 2025/26 UEFA Champions League campaign.

Son signed a one-year contract extension in January 2025, but could now be heading out the exit door, with Tottenham believing they could generate a transfer fee from the Korean, amid interest from Saudi Arabian clubs.

Son featured in 46 games for the Lilywhites last season, scoring 11 goals and assisting 12 – a far cry from his usual standards, as the winger nursed a foot injury that kept him sidelined at times in the previous campaign.
