TOTTENHAM could line up with a bold new look following a world record £4.5billion takeover.

SunSport can exclusively reveal that a US consortium has lodged a stunning offer for the Londoners.

The 12-man group is headed up by tech entrepreneur Brooklyn Earick.

While the consortium includes NFL and NBA investors ready to offer £3.3bn, as well as £1.2bn for player fees, wages and agent payments.

Spurs are in a healthy position with PSR.

And should the takeover go through, they could embark on a major spending spree under Thomas Frank.

Indeed, as many as SIX new faces could come into Tottenham’s starting XI from January.

In defence, the Londoners could decide to take advantage of Marc Guehi’s situation at Crystal Palace.

The centre-back is out of contract next summer and saw a deadline day move to Liverpool collapse.

Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven make for a fine partnership, but they are both prone to injury.

Guehi’s quality, reliability and prestige as an England international would make him a no-brainer, while the transfer fee would be relatively cheap given he would have just six months remaining on his contract from January.

Elsewhere in defence, Spurs could be tempted into a bold move for Chelsea captain Reece James.

The versatile defender continues to be dogged by fitness issues and is unable to command a regular starting spot at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea would love to keep James around, but a lucrative bid would make their owners think twice — especially given that the right-back is a club-grown player and represents pure profit.

Further up the field, a new midfielder would likely be on Frank’s agenda.

And Barcelona’s Frenkie de Jong could fit the bill, having been a major Spurs target several years ago.

His technical ability and vision is exactly what Tottenham are missing in the heart of the side.

And Barcelona are always up for a big-money sale to balance their books.

However, it’s in the final third where things could become exciting.

Mohamed Kudus has already hit the ground running after his move from West Ham.

And Spurs could look to support him by launching a ground-breaking move for Chelsea superstar Cole Palmer.

Reports suggest the England ace is feeling unsettled with his role under Enzo Maresca.

Meanwhile, Spurs’ new owners would love to make a massive statement signing.

And what better way to announce yourself on the world stage by poaching one of your biggest rival’s star players?

Elsewhere, Tottenham could also splash the cash by moving for Real Madrid’s Vinicius Jr.

He has arguably not been the same player ever since last year’s Ballon d’Or controversy where he lost to Man City’s Rodri.

New Real boss Xabi Alonso has moved to a winger-less system, with Kylian Mbappe now the main man in attack.

And Vinicius could fancy trying his luck in England while also retaining his massive pay package.

Finally, Tottenham’s takeover could be sealed by the glorious return of Harry Kane.

There were no hard feelings when he left for Bayern Munich, and the England captain has become an even deadlier striker during his time in Germany.

Tottenham are understood to have a buy-back clause from next summer.

And with Bayern increasingly heading in a new direction under Vincent Kompany, Kane could feel the time is right to return and lead his boyhood club to new heights.
