There has been a huge development regarding Fabio Paratici, which could pave the way for him to complete a return to Tottenham Hotspur in an official capacity.

Paratici was forced to resign from his role as Tottenham’s managing director of football over two years ago due to his alleged involvement in Juventus’ capital gains scandal.

The Italian has continued working as a consultant for the North London club since then, and according to reports, Paratici has continued to broker transfers for Spurs, using his contacts.

Over the last couple of months, a number of outlets have claimed that Daniel Levy is keen to re-hire Paratici in an official role once his FIFA ban expires, and that time has now arrived.

The outlet claims that the 53-year-old could now return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and continue where he left off more than two years ago.

After 30 months out of the game, Paratici is thought to be hungry to make a quick return to football.
