Serie A side Juventus are now expected to miss out on Parma goalkeeper Zion Suzuki, who could yet be on his way to Paris Saint-Germain. But the Bianconeri are now actively at work to sign another keeper in Tottenham’s Guglielmo Vicario.
Gianluca Di Marzio has reported that there has been no further contact between PSG and Juve regarding a loan deal for Suzuki. The Japan man is expected to sign for the French side and then stay with them, prompting Juve to look around again.
This has led to the idea of Vicario gaining traction once again.
They are working to determine whether Tottenham are open to a loan deal or not. This will help the Old Lady sign the Italy international on favourable terms, as they aren’t keen on a permanent deal.
Spurs should accept loan
Vicario is clearly out of the Tottenham project and there is no reason for the London club to keep him. As a result, they should accept a loan and somehow just usher the keeper out. Keeping him makes no sense and him leaving would help them free up finances and help the player find a new club.
