Tottenham are chasing a fourth successive Premier League victory when they travel up to the out-of-form Leeds United on Saturday afternoon.

An unproductive start to the 2026/27 campaign fueled fears of another potential relegation scrap in N17, but three consecutive wins have thrust the Lilywhites into the top half of the table entering Gameweek 10.

Pessimists feared Roberto De Zerbi’s side would crash back down to earth after claiming an all-too-rare victory at Stamford Bridge, only for Spurs to cruise to a 2-0 triumph over 10-man Crystal Palace.

On the contrary, Leeds are without a win in five, and Daniel Farke is coming under scrutiny again. It was around this time last year when the German changed tack to help Leeds stay up with ease, and a seemingly impressive summer transfer window heightened expectations entering 2026/27.

They remain a tough team to bypass... as long as they’re not playing in daylight. Remarkably, Leeds haven’t won a Premier League match that’s kicked off before 3 p.m. since August 2022—a run of 21 matches.

When is kick off? Saturday, 7 November 2026

What time is kick off? 12:30 GMT

Where is it played? Elland Road, Leeds

Referee: John Brooks

Leeds are in a little bit of bother on the injury front, with Anton Stach and Dominic Calvert-Lewin suddenly doubts for Saturday’s game.

Farke confirmed that Stach hasn’t been able to train this week due to a foot issue, but he’s “carefully optmistic” that leading scorer Calvert-Lewin will be fit to play. However, the English striker will likely function without partner in crime Noah Okafor, who’s nursing a groin injury. The Swiss attacker was a surprise absentee at Bournemouth.

Former Spurs defender Joe Rodon has been out of action due to a hamstring problem, and it’s touch-and-go whether he’ll feature before the international break. He’s been called up by Craig Bellamy for Wales’ upcoming fixtures, suggesting he may have a chance.

Leeds predicted lineup vs Tottenham: Trafford; Justin, Elvedi, Muharemvović; Bogle, Tanaka, Ampadu, Gudmundsson; Wilson, James; Calvert-Lewin.

Spurs can welcome back Rodrigo Bentancur from suspension at Elland Road, but the Uruguayan will likely sit on the bench while Sandro Tonali and Mateus Fernandes work in tandem.

There is a question mark as to who’ll start ahead of them in the engine room, with James Maddison a perpetual injury concern. There have been reports of Maddison and captain Micky van de Ven missing training in the week.

Sávio supposedly has a chance of returning after a month on the sidelines, but the visitors are set to be without Lucas Bergvall, Mykhailo Mudryk and Tosin Adarabioyo again.

We’ve recieved positive updates regarding the respective recoveries of Wilson Odobert and Xavi Simons, with the former returning to training in the week.

Tottenham predicted lineup vs Leeds: Kinsky; Porro, Van Hecke, Van de Ven, Robertson; Tonali, Fernandes; Kudus, Gallagher, Tel; Marmoush.

Spurs have won on their previous three trips to Elland Road, including a 2-1 victory under Thomas Frank last season. It feels like De Zerbi’s side are making this visit at the right time, with discontent starting to bubble in West Yorkshire.

Leeds haven’t won in five games, and the early-season brightness has swiftly faded. The statistics show that Saturday’s hosts are a completely team under the lights, so a lunchtime kick-off suits the visitors, who have found their groove.

I’m still expecting a physical, hard-fought encounter, but the contrasting momentums of these two teams suggest Spurs’ winning run will continue.

Prediction: Leeds 1–2 Tottenham
