Tottenham defender Luka Vuskovic is currently on loan at Hamburg, and he has done exceptionally well for the German club.
The 18-year-old is regarded as one of the finest young defenders in Europe right now, and Munich are interested in signing the player.
Former Tottenham player Ramon Vega believes the 18-year-old defender is unlikely to return to Tottenham and could leave the club without playing a single senior game.
Vega on Luka Vuskovic future
Former Tottenham defender Ramon Vega tweeted: “This player is not coming back to Spurs!
“Another of many players the Spurs had a chance with, but they made the wrong decision.
“This is an example of the problem Spurs have been having within the football department! A total neglect.
“They will make good money, for sure, but there’s no football direction within the club. Off to Bayern he goes, no wonder I will not blame him.”

Vuskovic to leave?
It will be interesting to see whether Bayern Munich is willing to make an offer to sign the player in the summer. There is no doubt that he is an exceptional talent with a bright future, and he could develop into a world-class player. He could be tempted to make the move to an elite club in the summer.
However, he needs to join a club where he can play a prominent role. Sitting on the bench at a big club would be detrimental to his development.
If the German champion can or promise him regular opportunities, it does not make sense for the young defender to join them. The Croatian needs to play every week in order to fulfil his potential. Tottenham can provide him with that opportunity, especially with Cristian Romero expected to leave in the summer.
It will be interesting to see how the situation develops. It would be a huge disappointment for Tottenham if they lose the 18-year-old defender in the summer.
