Tottenham have got a raft of young players currently out on loan but you'll struggle to find a player in better goalscoring form than 20-year-old gem Oliver Irow
Plymouth boss Tom Cleverley has claimed Tottenham youngster Oliver Irow will be ready to conquer the Championship next season following an electric start to the campaign.
Irow, who can operate both out wide of through the middle, has now scored four goals in six appearances across all competitions for Argyle.
Additionally, he has three League One goals in his past two outings, firing Plymouth up to third in the standings - much to the delight of his manager.
Cleverley has been so impressed and believes Irow is now capable of really kicking on, telling BBC Radio Devon: "He's really confident, he really believes in himself that he can impact the games. He knows that the lads and the fans and the staff have accepted him very quickly as a person and a player.
"He should be looking short term now, working as hard as he possibly can to have a really good season in League One with us and then hopefully that's onwards and upwards to the Championship for Ollie next season."

Irow's long-range rasper against Barnsley was one of the best goals in League One so far this term and his ability to shoot on sight has seen him bolster his numbers down in the South West.
He has already matched his tally of four goals from last season when he spent time on loan with another third-tier outfit, Mansfield Town.
Cleverley has also confirmed that Tottenham have a clause to recall Irow in January should they wish to either keep him or more likely, move him on loan elsewhere higher up the pyramid.
The former Manchester United, Aston Villa, Everton and Watford midfielder said: "I've seen so many examples where parent clubs recall and then you're kicking yourself because he's gone to the new club and not played.
"You look at what Bolton did with for [Amario] Cozier-Duberry last year, there was a lot of talk about him going to the Championship in January. He stayed, he had a fantastic full season, the next year he's gone to Middlesbrough and started really strongly.
"We're speaking a long way down the line, Ollie's got a lot of hard work to do and keep this run going, but we're pleased and so are Spurs."
