Tottenham are reportedly keen on securing the services of Lyon striker Georges Mikautadze this summer.
Dr Rajpal Brar, an injury expert, has assessed the Georgia international’s fitness in recent years ahead of a potential medical.
He is on the back of a decent campaign in France, with 28 goals and assists in 47 games in all competitions.
Mikautadze hailed for injury-free campaign
Spurs have nothing to worry about with regards to the 24-year-old’s fitness ahead of signing him, believes Dr Brar.
Tottenham are favourites to sign Mikautadze, but are not the only English team to be interested.

According to Tutto Juve (26 June), there is a crisis at Lyon given their financial situation, so they could be compelled to sell him.
Discussing the state of play with Mikautadze exclusively with Tottenham News, Dr Brar, a doctor in physical therapy and a sports scientist, shared his verdict.
“He did not suffer any injuries last season and played 34 league games, so that bodes well with regards to his fitness,” he said.
“His game time across multiple competitions was also regular – another positive.
“Even in 2023/24, there’s nothing to ring any alarm bells.”
Tottenham must look to sign Mikautadze imminently
Mikautadze is an excellent signing for Tottenham due to his proven goal-scoring ability and versatility, addressing their need for attacking depth.
The 24-year-old showcased his clinical finishing and creativity last season and would be a good fit in the Premier League.
His ability to play as a No. 9, left winger, or attacking midfielder offers tactical flexibility for Thomas Frank’s system.
With Lyon’s relegation to Ligue 2, Spurs can secure him for a bargain, potentially around £25million, enhancing their frontline alongside Dominic Solanke and boosting their Premier League and Champions League ambitions.
