North London is set for a tropical summer like no other as Puerto Rican rap superstar Bad Bunny holds two concerts at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday, June 27, and Sunday, June 28.

The show will form part of Bad Bunny's DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS Global Tour, with Tottenham Hotspur Stadium the only UK venue on the roster. Here, we delve into everything you need to know about Bad Bunny's upcoming shows.

Who is Bad Bunny?

Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio was in Puerto Rico in 1994 to a truck driver father and retired schoolteacher mother, as the eldest of three boys. Benito coined the name 'Bad Bunny' from a costume he hated wearing as a child while performing in class and the name stuck. He began writing songs at 14, blending traditional Puerto rican ballads with rap to for a distinct sound.

It was a collaboration with US rap queen Cardi B in May 2018 on the track "I Like it", which propelled Bad Bunny to stardom. The track topped the Billboard 100, and was followed by the top five track "Mia" which Bad Bunny performed alongside Drake.

In February 2020, Bad Bunny released his album 'YHLQMDLG', which spawned the number one hits 'Vete', 'Ignorantes', and 'Yo Perreo Sola'. Bad Bunny and YHLQMDLG became Spotify's most streamed artist and album respectively in 2020, garnering the Grammy Award for Best Latin Pop or Urban Album. He was again Spotify's most streamed artist the following year.

In January 5 this year, Bad Bunny released his seventh album, 'Debí Tirar Más Fotos', featuring a range of styles and contributions from some of his most frequent Puerto Rican collaborators. On Monday, May 5, Bad Bunny announced a tour to promote the album, with concerts set to take place across North and South America, Europe, Japan and Australia, with a single UK date at London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday, June 27, 2026.
