We are delighted to announce that Martin Ho has signed a new, long-term contract with the Club.

Appointed as our Head Coach in July, 2025, having joined us from Norwegian side SK Brann, the 35-year-old has made an instant impact in the Women’s Super League with displays showcasing brave, attacking football combined with strong defensive discipline.

Martin Ho said: “I’m really proud to extend my time at Tottenham Hotspur. I want to thank the Club for the trust and belief they’ve shown in me, that alignment is vital when you’re building something with real purpose. From the moment I arrived, there was a clear vision around the direction of the Club, and together we’ve started to lay strong foundations in terms of identity, standards and the way we want to work every day.

“What we’re building is something that demands consistency, discipline and a relentless drive to improve both on and off the pitch. We want to be a team that plays with intensity, clarity and personality, and an environment where people are developed, supported and accountable. There has been progress, but we know there is much more to come.

“I’m fully committed to continuing that journey and ensuring we build a team that doesn’t rely on moments, but dominates through structure, intensity and control while representing this Club with passion and pride.”

Tottenham Hotspur Women Managing Director, Andy Rogers, said: ''Martin committing his long-term future is an important step for the Club. In a short period of time, he has made a clear impact – on our performances, our environment and the standards we set every day.

“He is exactly the profile of coach we want for this team. He has brought a clear way of playing, brave, passionate and ruthless, and combined that with the structure and discipline needed to compete consistently.

“What stands out just as much is how he builds every day. The detail, the intensity and the belief he creates within the group are already shaping a young, ambitious squad that wants to improve and win at the highest level. That environment will be a key factor in the players we attract and develop over the coming seasons.

“We are still building, but there is a clear direction to what we are doing, and we believe Martin has the qualities to lead that over the long-term.”

Taking on his first Head Coach role in England, having had previous spells as an assistant manager, Martin’s leadership sees us currently sat fifth in the league table as we head into the closing stages of the campaign and, in February, he was named WSL Manager of the Month, becoming just our second Head Coach to pick up the award.

It could be a history-making campaign in the WSL. In our final four games we need just four points to beat our best-ever points tally in a single season (32 achieved in 2021/22) while we’ve also registered five clean sheets – the joint-third highest in the league at this stage.
