Our take: Croatian may not play again this season

On Tuesday, Sport Witness relayed news Roberto De Zerbi’s side need to give the green light for him to return to the pitch with Hamburg SV.

Taking Luka Vušković’s current situation into account, it won’t be surprising if Tottenham don’t give the approval.

Spurs taking a safer approach with the Croatian would have no direct impact on their results this season. However, this makes sure he avoids risk of any further setbacks.
