Tottenham are one point away from securing their place in the Premier League next season after West Ham fell to defeat to Newcastle United on Sunday.
Spurs need just one point from their two remaining games to clinch survival in the Premier League, given their superior goal difference compared to the Hammers. Two points would make them mathematically safe, but a point against Chelsea on Tuesday night would leave them three clear of West Ham with a game to play and with a 13-goal better goal difference.
Given how perilous things looked just a few weeks ago, safety is in Spurs' hands with just a home game with Everton to come on the final day of the season after Tuesday night's fixture at Stamford Bridge.
Good news on Guglielmo Vicario
Head coach Roberto De Zerbi, the players and most importantly the fans will want to get it wrapped up on Tuesday night in west London to avoid any final day drama and nervousness.
So what team does De Zerbi pick for the big London derby?
The Italian delivered an update on number one goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario in his pre-match press conference, saying his countryman could be back.
He said: "Vicario is available to play. I decide tomorrow [who will start in goal]. It's not [a] difficult [decision]. It's easy. Vicario is number one but we have to consider the physical condition, the moment, everything, but I have a big relationship with Antonin Kinsky and Vicario as well and there will not be any problem."
One player who has been ruled is Dominic Solanke, with De Zerbi reporting that he had not recovered from his injury in time to face the Blues. And with James Maddison not yet ready for 90 minutes, the front line almost picks itself, with no other options.
De Zerbi added: "At the beginning of this week, he didn't work for a small problem. But yesterday and today, James is working very well. He's a special player, he's a different player. Now he's not ready to play 90 minutes. I want to speak with him tomorrow morning and to take the best decision we can."
Richarlison will play through the middle, supported by Mathys Tel off the left and Randlal Kolo Muani off the right. Conor Gallagher is likely to get the nod again in the No.10 role, given his relationship with De Zerbi already.
Behind them, the midfield duo are likely to be Rodrigo Bentancur and Joao Palhinha - although the Portuguese did not have his best game against Leeds United at home. He is more suited to away fixtures and his defensive solidity will be important against Chelsea.
De Zerbi pretty much hinted it would be the two we have seen start the last two games with Gallagher in front of them when he was asked about Moises Caicedo in his press conference and brought up his midfielders.
He said: "But also our midfielders are very good. Palhinha, Bentancur, Gallagher and the others Gray, Bissouma, Bergvall, Pape Sarr. I'm happy because I'm working with my players."
Could Romero return earlier than expected?
At the back, Pedro Porro and Destiny Udogie are the full-backs, with Micky van de Ven and Kevin Danso in the middle. De Zerbi was asked about Cristian Romero's availability, after the skipper was seen doing sprints on his social media accounts.
"I don’t know," De Zerbi said when asked if Romero could be available. "We have to play another two games. Play with Romero? Play with Vicario? Play with Kinsky? The target is just one and to stay up and make a point tomorrow because this is the target for everyone. Individual targets now are not important."
We're sticking with Kinsky in goal because he has done nothing wrong and it would be harsh on him to be dropped.
