Real Madrid are reportedly preparing a surprise approach for a Tottenham Hotspur youngster currently plying his trade in the Championship.

Tottenham Hotspur have a number of their young talents out on loan as they look to gather much-needed first-team experience ahead of a return to north London.

A few of these prospects have already started to catch the eye of Europe’s elite, with Luka Vuskovic one such player attracting attention.

Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, and RB Leipzig have all expressed interest in signing the Croatian defender, although Spurs remain determined to keep him at the club.

Real Madrid eye Tottenham’s Yang Min-hyeok

Defensa Central has now claimed that another Tottenham Hotspur loanee, Yang Min-hyeok, is attracting interest from a side in Europe.

It is believed that Real Madrid has closely watched the South Korean international and is interested in signing him due to his immense potential.

It is suggested that the Spanish giants are ready to make a £6.1m (€7m) offer to Spurs for the winger, although the report is unclear as to whether they will make a move in the upcoming January window.

Yang Min-hyeok needs game time to reach full potential

Yang Min-hyeok is on a six-year deal at Tottenham following his move from Gangwon FC in January, and he is yet to make a start under new manager Thomas Frank.

The forward has been loaned twice since joining Spurs, moving to Queens Park Rangers during the winter window before embarking on a full-season loan with Portsmouth, where he has scored two goals and registered one assist.

A link to Real Madrid sounds rather unrealistic, given how the La Liga champions have struggled to hand out game time to a few of their stars, including Endrick and Rodrygo.

Yang is only 19, and at this stage of his career, he needs constant game time, which is something he will likely not receive at the Bernabeu, given their array of top stars.
