Fabio Paratici will be ending his second spell at Tottenham just over three months after re-joining the club.
The Italian will be leaving for Fiorentina to become their sporting director, where he will have more of a say on operations.
The 53-year-old will remain in the co-sporting director role alongside Johan Lange through the January transfer window.

Fabio Paratici nearly joined AC Milan
According to The Athletic, at the start of last summer, Paratici appeared to be on the verge of joining AC Milan.
However, the Serie A giants opted for Igli Tare, and Paratici’s good relationship with Daniel Levy saw him return to the Lilywhites.
Under Levy, he was offered plenty of leeway and was also allowed to hire Nuno Espirito Santo, although that reign did not last very long.

However, with Levy no longer at the club, the Italian found it hard to operate in the manner he would have liked.
While he will be getting more power at Fiorentina than he does at Tottenham, as he will be assuming total control of their football activities, sources believe that his personal circumstances have changed, and that is why he wants to return to Italy.
Until this, he had no problem dividing his time between London and Italy.
What did Paratici do for Tottenham?
Paratici opposed the hiring of Thomas Frank, which, in hindsight, many supporters believe was the right stance to have.
Apart from that, he leveraged his contacts across Europe to ensure that Spurs made some important signings.
He did an exceptional job in bringing Rodrigo Bentancur, Dejan Kulusevski and Cristian Romero to North London for significantly less than their market value.
The likes of Pape Matar Sarr and Destiny Udogie were brought in as high-potential players, and they have now become an important part of the first-team squad.
Guglielmo Vicario, James Maddison and Micky van de Ven were all players Paratici brought to Tottenham, and they are well regarded inside the club as well as among the fanbase.
It is important that Spurs streamline their operations behind the scenes in order to give themselves the best chance of success in the future.
