Richarlison has been one of Tottenham Hotspur’s most important players this season, with many of the Lilywhites’ attackers sidelined.
The Brazilian tops the goalscoring charts for the N17 outfit, and against Aston Villa he further extended his lead.
His finish marked his 10th Premier League goal of the season and a back-to-back goal contribution after securing an assist against Wolves.
The forward is an enigmatic figure who can often split opinion among the fanbase, but this season, there should be no disagreement.
Richarlison has created history in the Premier League, and ahead of Tottenham’s next Premier League game, he could make more.

What history did Richarlison achieve for Tottenham against Aston Villa
Tottenham moved closer to Premier League survival thanks to goals from Conor Gallagher and Richarlison versus Aston Villa.
Gallagher earned high praise for his performance, but the Brazilian should also be among the plaudits after making history.
Richarlison has entered his fifth Premier League season in which he has scored 10 or more goals in a single campaign, becoming just the second Brazilian to ever do so, behind Roberto Firmino.
Two of those have come at Tottenham in 2023-2024 and this current season.
Amidst all the negativity surrounding Spurs, the Brazilian has been stepping up, attempting to bring results and points home for his side.
Additionally, the forward has faced 31 teams throughout his time in England’s top flight, and against the Villans, he made it 25 of those in which he scored.
It is a remarkable record, particularly the number of teams he has managed to score against, and he could now further add to that.
Leeds are one of the Premier League sides Richarlison has failed to score against
As stated, there are six teams that Richarlison has yet to net against, and with Tottenham going through a crisis in attack, they will likely rely on the striker’s goalscoring once more against Leeds.
However, the Whites are one of those aforementioned sides. In seven appearances against the Yorkshire side, the 28-year-old has only managed to pick up one assist.
Although, his record against Leeds does provide plenty of hope ahead of Tottenham’s next fixture. The striker has lost just once against Leeds, coming in his inaugural appearance.
Now, he is on a four-game win streak against the LS11 side, and Spurs fans will hope he can continue that, but this time with a goal, and continue making history.
