Tottenham fans received some exciting news on Thursday.

It was confirmed that the Lewis family trust via ENIC has injected £100million of new capital into the North London club.

While it has been unconfirmed where this money will be invested, it was stated that it would be used to “focus on driving long-term sporting success.”

With Tottenham already eyeing potential transfers for January, Thomas Frank will be hoping to use these funds on potential signings.

Therefore, Tottenham Hotspur News has highlighted three players that Spurs could sign after the cash injection.

MORE SPURS STORIES

Antoine Semenyo

Antoine Semenyo has been on fire so far this season in the Premier League.

Playing for Bournemouth, the winger has already netted six times in seven matches this campaign, as well as three assists.

Tottenham fans have already called for Semenyo to be signed by Spurs after their recent cash injection.

The winger had been linked with the North London club in the summer, and now could be the perfect time for Frank to pounce while the attacker is on form and confident.

Morgan Rogers

On the opposition side of the form spectrum, Morgan Rogers has been horrendous for Aston Villa this season.

The attacker is yet to find the back of the net in the Premier League and has only picked up two assists. However, this could work in Spurs’ favour.

Tottenham were also heavily linked with Rogers in the summer, with Villa wanting £80m for the attacker.

However, given his recent dip in form, his price tag may have also been reduced.

Therefore, Spurs may be tempted to go back in for the England international and bring him back to his best under Frank.

Rodrygo

Rodrygo is seen as one of the best attackers in the world at Real Madrid.

The Brazilian international has been key for the Spanish giants for years, helping them win multiple trophies, including two Champions Leagues.

However, in recent years, Rodrygo has fallen out of favour and is now mainly utilised off the bench.

Tottenham did seek to take Rodrygo off Real Madrid’s hands in the summer, but the pursuit proved to be too expensive.

Yet, with the recent cash injection combined with the winger’s lack of use, may make a move possible.
