Everton are one of the clubs who are being heavily linked with Tottenham Hotspur’s Richarlison.

David Moyes is going to need some exciting signings over the summer as the club make their historic move to Bramley-Moore Dock.

It has become apparent over recent weeks that Everton are in need of some attacking additions to provide a more consistent stream of goals.

The Friedkins are prioritising a new striker for Everton in the summer transfer window.

This comes at a time when Everton’s strikers are facing an uncertain future of their own due to contracts ending and interest from other teams.

With this in mind, Everton are showing an interest in Richarlison in what would be a blockbuster return.

It has been suggested Leeds United are also keen on Richarlison ahead of the summer as they prepare for their return to the big time.

But the Toffees will surely hold the advantage over the Whites as they could offer Richarlison a return to Merseyside.

MORE EVERTON STORIES

According to Sky Sports, Everton are definitely interested in the Brazilian.

It has been claimed a deal could be sought after this summer with Everton potentially even seeking a loan move for their former player.

The Toffees let Richarlison leave in 2022 for Tottenham Hotspur but injuries have plagued his career in north London.

That is why a loan move could be the priority for Everton.

It has been suggested Richarlison is keen to return to Everton when the window opens as he looks for regular game time.

A move this summer would make a lot of sense for the 27-year-old with the 2026 World Cup on the horizon.

Richarlison loan move would make perfect sense for Everton

The Friedkins are keen to re-sign Richarlison as they are aware of what he could offer to the club for next season.

Having the boost of the Brazilian back on Merseyside could be the perfect addition to get the fans even more excited for the 2025/26 term.

However, Everton have to be careful in not thinking solely with their heart on this one.

Richarlison has experienced plenty of issues during his time at Spurs when it comes to injuries.

It has been claimed Tottenham would sell Richarlison for £40m.

That is a lot of money for a player who has barely played for three years due to his dismal injury record.

A loan move could be the right decision here.
