A supercomputer has now predicted how likely Tottenham Hotspur are to get a victory over Everton in the final day of the Premier League season.
Tottenham Hotspur will now have to move on quickly from their latest 2-1 loss at the hands of Chelsea in the Premier League.
While that is a gut-wrenching defeat for the Lilywhites, given that Premier League survival was at stake, Spurs must now pick themselves up as they still have a shot at securing their league status next gameweek.
However, if they are to do just so, then they must overcome Everton at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with a point set to be enough for Roberto De Zerbi’s side.
Opta supercomputer backs Tottenham to beat Everton on final day
Ahead of that crucial clash against Everton, Opta’s supercomputer has now predicted the likely outcome of the match.
According to the AI model, Tottenham are favourites to beat the Toffees at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium when the two sides meet on Sunday.
Spurs have been given a 50.4 per cent chance of securing victory, while Everton have been handed a 26.8 per cent chance of winning the game.

That means a draw is said to have a 22.8 per cent chance. With Tottenham only needing a point against Everton, they have a 73.2 per cent chance of walking away with at least that.
Spurs home form and Everton’s away record set up a tense final day
The clash takes place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and that alone will do little to inspire confidence given Spurs’ struggles on home soil this season.
As things stand, Tottenham have one of the worst home records in the Premier League, winning just two matches while drawing six and losing 10.
Meanwhile, Everton have been one of the stronger sides on the road, recording seven away wins, alongside five draws and six defeats.
Spurs do not necessarily need victory against the Toffees and would secure survival with a point -something they have managed six times at home this season.
