Tottenham fans will not like hearing what Opta’s Supercomputer has predicted about the North London club’s chances of beating Brentford.

Tottenham are winless at home in the Premier League since the opening day of the season, and the team’s home form has been the main source of consternation for the club’s supporters.

In fact, their poor form at home goes back much further, with Spurs only having three wins at home across the calendar year, and having suffered a record 10 losses at their ground in the Premier League across 2025.

This campaign, only bottom-of-the-table Wolves have a worse record at home in the top-flight than the Lilywhites, who will be desperate to finally give their fans something to cheer about.

Tottenham have a less than 50 per cent chance of beating Brentford

However, according to Opta’s Supercomputer, Tottenham Hotspur are less likely to win than not against the Bees on Saturday.

The data analysis platform gives the North London club just a 44.5 per cent chance of picking up all three points against Frank’s former side.

Opta say that there is a 26.8 per cent chance of the game ending in a draw, while the West London club have a 28.7 per cent chance of inflicting their fifth home defeat of the season on Tottenham.

Spurs need to start well to get the fans onside

The worsening relationship between the Tottenham fans and the players has been well documented over recent weeks.

The atmosphere at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has been toxic at times due to the poor performances and results that Frank’s men have served.

If Brentford take the lead and Spurs make a slow start, the frustrations of the supporters will start boiling over and make things very difficult for the Lilywhites.

It is thus imperative that Tottenham start on the front foot and get the fans on their side in the early stages of the game.
