Thomas Frank’s sacking at Tottenham may now be inevitable as the Dane’s reign at Spurs continues to take a downturn.
Tottenham were battered 3-0 against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on Sunday.
It was a humiliating scoreline, with Guglielmo Vicario once again making a costly mistake for Spurs.
The result now leaves Tottenham on just 22 points and 11th in the Premier League table.
Now, with Frank already under pressure at Spurs, his sacking may be the only option.

Tottenham have worst points total after 16 matches since the 2008-09 campaign
Plenty of grim stats have now emerged since the Nottingham Forest defeat.
However, perhaps the worst is the comparison of their points total after 16 matches to previous seasons.
After 16 matches, 22 points in the Premier League is the least Tottenham have had since the 2008-09 campaign.
This is simply diabolical, and shows that Frank is out of his depth at the North London club.
Despite the failings of last season under Ange Postecoglou, the team is more than capable of reaching European qualification through the league.
Yet, Spurs currently appear destined for a lower-half finish, or perhaps worse if this form continues.
Therefore, sacking the former Brentford boss may be Tottenham’s only option if they want to save their season and qualify for Europe.
Nottingham Forest 3-0 Tottenham – Key stats
Unfortunately, there are plenty of stats that further damn the performance at the City Ground.
As a result of the defeat, Forest have now beaten Spurs in three consecutive Premier League matches.
Since the start of last season, Tottenham are the only side in the division that have lost three times in the league to the East Midlands side.
However, perhaps a more worrying stat is on the goal front.
Going into the game, Spurs were the only Premier League outfit this season to score in each of their away matches.
This has helped Tottenham win numerous points on the road, which has been vital given their awful home form.
However, against Forest, this came to an end in dreadful fashion, as they managed just one shot on target.
This was only the third time since the 2022-23 campaign that they’ve recorded one or fewer in an away match in the competition.
