Tottenham are always on the lookout for the next best talent in the United Kingdom.
Daniel Levy has backed his transfer team with big-money fees for the likes of Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall and Mathys Tel over the past year at Hotspur Way.
After snatching Gray from Leeds, Spurs are set to return to Elland Road to take another of their prized assets straight from Thorp Arch.
Tottenham agree fee to sign Oliver Boast
Beren Cross has reported that Leeds striker Oliver Boast is set to make the move to Tottenham.
The Athletic journalist states that Spurs and Levy have agreed on a seven-figure fee for the number nine, who is highly rated at 16 years old.

Boast has decided to move on, given that Archie’s younger brother, Harry Gray, is ahead in the pecking order in West Yorkshire, as one of England’s best strikers in that age group.
Given the young star decided to leave, Leeds could have negotiated a fee or gone to a tribunal for compensation, but they have agreed upon a seven-figure deal already.
Tottenham pounce on Premier League rivals
With Dan Batty recently joining from Manchester City and Luca Furnell-Gill arriving from Liverpool in recent months, this continues a positive trend.
Levy has been criticised over the years for his ability to spend on big names, but this is an area in which he cannot be beaten with the same stick.
Tottenham have one of the best pathways in England, and with Champions League football returning alongside the appointment of Thomas Frank, the only way is up.
Ange Postecoglou did play younger options last season, too, but he was forced into that through the horrendous injury crisis that he faced at Hotspur Way.
Boast will go straight into the academy in North London, and it will likely be a couple of years until he is heard about again, but he clearly sees the chance for progression.
Big signings are always welcome, but raiding other Premier League clubs for their best academy talents can be just as important.
