Tottenham Hotspur have expressed interest in a young left-sided winger, but Manchester United are also exploring a potential deal.
Tottenham Hotspur are looking to strengthen their attack in January, and there is a vacancy to be filled on the left wing.
Spurs have been scouting Rayan, a 19-year-old who currently plays his football in Brazil. However, he recently signed a new contract at Vasco, which saw the insertion of a £70m release clause.
Antoine Semenyo remains a target for Tottenham, but Manchester City lead the race to secure the Bournemouth winger, who has seven goals and three assists in the Premier League this season.
Tottenham have their eye on Said El Mala
Sport Bild report that Said El Mala is another winger to have captured the interest of Spurs.
An approach has been made towards the 1. FC Koln player, but Manchester United have also registered their interest. This comes after Brighton had an £18m bid for El Mala rejected last summer, although they remain interested in securing his signature.
Manchester City, Bayern Munich, PSG and Barcelona are also in the picture to sign the 19-year-old, but Koln are not expected to sell him before the summer transfer window.
