Tottenham Hotspur are yet to make a move on transfer deadline day.
Spurs have been in terrible form in the Premier League as of late, and they do need reinforcements.
However, so far, they have kept their powder dry on deadline day, but that could be about to change.
What business do Tottenham need to complete on Transfer Deadline Day?
Let us know in the comments below…👇
Indeed, it was reported this morning that Maghnes Akliouche remains a target for Tottenham, but a deal wouldn’t be possible unless AS Monaco got a replacement through the door.
Of course, finding a replacement at short notice is not easy, but, by the sounds of it, Monaco have managed to do just that.
Monaco set to sign Simon Adingra
According to Fabrizio Romano, Monaco are now set to sign Simon Adingra on loan with a £15m option to buy for the summer.

This is significant from a Tottenham perspective as Adingra could well act as a replacement for Akliouche.
Akliouche and Adingra both operate as wingers, and this deal could now unlock the door for Tottenham to bring the Frenchman to north London.
With only a few hours left of the window, Spurs need to act quickly, but, as we have seen before, anything can happen in these final hours of the window.
Tottenham pulled the same stunt last year
Tottenham could be set to sign a French attacker from out of nowhere on deadline day, and you’d be right in thinking that story sounds familiar.
Indeed, 12 months ago, Mathys Tel joined Spurs on transfer deadline day from Bayern Munich from seemingly out of nowhere with just hours to go in the window.
Now, Akliouche could be set to do the same as his fellow countryman.
Tel has been linked with a move away from Spurs in this window, and Akliouche will certainly be hoping that his time in north London is more successful than his compatriot’s if he does end up at Spurs.
This is definitely a situation to keep an eye on as we head towards the end of the window.
