Tottenham are likely to make a move to sign a new goalkeeper in the summer transfer window, with No.1 Guglielmo Vicario likely to leave the club.
Vicario has not played under new head coach Roberto De Zerbi, having undergone hernia surgery just prior to the Italian's arrival in north London as Igor Tudor's replacement.
Antonin Kinsky stepped up and despite Vicario returning from injury for the final two games of the season, the Czech shotstopper was given the nod between the sticks.
Vicario is wanted by Inter Milan this summer
And it may be that we do not see Vicario pulling on the Spurs shirt again, with links with a move back to Italy rife, with Inter Milan heavily tipped to make a move this summer.
GIVEMESPORT senior football correspondent Ben Jacobs said: "I think Tottenham are resigned and almost prepared to endorse as well, certain exits and Vicario probably falls into a category of a mutual parting of ways, because I can foresee a situation where Tottenham go out in the market and try and sign a new number one goalkeeper, and Inter Milan and Vicario is the plot line to keep an eye on there."
The new No.1 Jacobs talks of could be Benfica's Anatoliy Trubin, who has emerged as a potential signing for Spurs, according to A Bola in Portugal.
According to the report, Tottenham have been tracking the 24-year-old shotstopper, with Benfica Insider on X even going on to say that "negotiations between Benfica and Tottenham Hotspur are ongoing".

Trubin made headlines this season when he scored a dramatic injury-time goal for the Portuguese side against Real Madrid to send them into the UEFA Champions League knockout phase. Their progression was coincidentally at the expense of Marseille, who are the time were managed by De Zerbi.
Trubin thinks De Zerbi is "crazy"
De Zerbi and Trubin have worked together before, at Shakhtar Donetsk, and it seems Trubin would love to play under his former manager once more.
Speaking in a Sky Sports interview Trubin said: "I can say one word about him. Crazy. But he is crazy about football. He opened my eyes to another way of playing football for me, even as a goalkeeper."
Then in conversation with A Bola, Trubin hinted at linking up with De Zerbi once more. "He could still teach me a lot," he said. "There is no player in the world who does not want to play in the Premier League, but I have to continue working hard."
De Zerbi will know, if he tries to sign Trubin, that he has a goalkeeper who already knows exactly how to play his style of football.
