Tottenham Hotspur were beaten 3-0 by Nottingham Forest on Sunday, prompting Jamie O’Hara to label Igor Tudor a “fraud” as Spurs fans react to the defeat.

Ange Postecoglou’s quote on seeing light at the end of the tunnel but it always being an oncoming train continues to hit home for Tottenham fans, as their season refuses to get back on the tracks.

Spurs’ clash with Nottingham Forest on Sunday was undoubtedly one of the biggest games in recent Lilywhites history, with it being a huge relegation six-pointer at the bottom of the Premier League.

As such, Tudor’s side simply couldn’t afford to lose this one, but not only did they do so, they were beaten comfortably by Forest to the tune of three goals to nil.

Spurs fans are seething after the Forest loss, and Tottenham News has picked out some of the most fiery and explosive responses from supporters in the aftermath of the defeat.

Jamie O’Hara rips into Igor Tudor and Tottenham after Forest loss

Jamie O’Hara has been calling for Tudor to be sacked over the last few games, as the talkSPORT pundit has been outspoken on his opinions regarding Tudor and Tottenham’s players recently.

The Spurs fan has been the subject of teasing from fellow presenter Jason Cundy in recent days, in a collection of viral moments that even many Tottenham supporters can admit, have been pretty funny.

As such, his next appearance on talkSPORT will probably be something not to miss, especially going off some of the things he’s posted to social media on Sunday.

Writing on his X account, O’Hara said: “Igor Tudor is the worst appointment in Spurs history, I told you he’s a fraud, (Johan) Lange, Vinai (Venkatesham), Tudor should all be sacked immediately.”

In another post, he said: “Watching Spurs is worse than divorce,” which is an interesting way of putting it, but it probably depends on how much you do/don’t love the person you’re getting divorced to.

For Tottenham fans, there’s certainly not a feeling of love towards their team at the moment, so perhaps watching Spurs right now wouldn’t actually be worse than a divorce?

What a strange paradox to be writing about.

Tottenham fans lay into referee Michael Oliver

The man in the middle for Tottenham against Nottingham Forest was Michael Oliver, and it’s fair to say he’s not a popular figure among Spurs fans following Sunday’s game.

Tottenham will feel strongly that they should’ve had a penalty for Ola Aina’s challenge on Pape Sarr in the first half, after the Forest defender made contact with Sarr’s boot as the two reached for the ball.

Oliver waved away that one and a possible one on Cristian Romero too, and also kept his cards in his pocket when he probably should’ve brandished a couple of yellows to Forest players in that opening 45 too.

Needless to say then, but Oliver has been coming in for significant criticism from Tottenham supporters on social media, with one fan writing on X: “Won’t worry the attention seeker and cheat that is Oliver.”

Another said: “Why is Oliver allowed to ref us considering how many shocking decisions he’s given against us in the past? He’s ruined several NLDs single-handedly.”

“He’s been (expletive) awful,” summarised another Spurs fan.

Tottenham fan unleashes furious aimed at Spurs players

Emotions are understandably running high among Tottenham fans following the embarrassing display against Forest, with the reality of Championship football on the cards for next season becoming clearer with each passing defeat.

There is a growing vitriol from supporters towards the playing squad, with many feeling as though some have downed tools, whilst others question whether their hearts are really in it.

One X user by the name of PRO (@ProTottenham) penned a pain-woven tweet in response to Tottenham’s full-time post, and it probably sums up how must Spurs fans are feeling towards the squad at the moment.

“3-0 home loss in a must win game when the fans went out of their way to really go all in with showing their support for the players in a game with so much importance behind it!!,” the tweet began.

“All Together!?! Yeh (expletive) right!! We have a squad full of players who are undoubtedly telling their agents to look for clubs for them to go to this summer.

“These players are an absolute disgrace!! They are an embarrassment to the club and some of the worst I have ever seen pull on our shirts. They don’t deserve our support!!!

“Forest first win in eight (actually seven) games!!!!!!!!! They are a joke! They are disgraceful!!! Pathetic cowards!! These players make me SICK!!!!!!”
