Tottenham’s new assistant first-team coach Justin Cochrane is over the moon to return to Hotspur Way, the place where his coaching journey started more than a decade and a half ago.

Tottenham fans are excited about the start of the new era under Thomas Frank, and Daniel Levy has managed to bring Frank’s A-team along with him from Brentford.

The Dane’s right-hand man, Cochrane, who was reportedly in line to replace Frank at Brentford, has followed him to Spurs.

The 43-year-old began his coaching career as an academy coach at Hotspur Way before going on to coach England’s youth sides.

He also spent a brief spell as Man United’s director of development before joining as Frank’s assistant at the Gtech Community Stadium three years ago.

The new Spurs assistant coach has now taken to social media to reflect on his long journey and admitted that he cannot wait to get started back at Hotspur Way.
