Tottenham Hotspur could revisit their interest in Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones this summer, according to The Times.

They were interested in bringing the Liverpool star from Anfield in the winter transfer window.

However, Spurs opted to sign Conor Gallagher from Atletico Madrid for £35 million.

Staying in the Premier League will determine whether they revisit their interest.

The Reds would let the Gallagher fee act as a benchmark for their asking price for Jones.

They view him as a superior English talent, and he is also one year younger than the Tottenham star.

Spurs are also eyeing a deal for Liverpool full-back Andrew Robertson, and he is expected to join them if manager Roberto De Zerbi keeps them up.

West Ham United’s defeat to Newcastle United on Sunday means Tottenham will remain in the Premier League next term with a win or a draw against Chelsea on Tuesday night.

Bournemouth defender Marcos Senesi is also set to join the club once it is confirmed that they will be playing in the top-flight next term.

Adding the Argentine and Robertson to their defence would be huge for Spurs. Jones would also be a solid signing.

The midfielder has a year remaining on his Liverpool contract and is valued at approximately £35m.

He can feature in several positions, which makes him an attractive proposition for De Zerbi.

Inter Milan are also keen on Jones, and more suitors could join the race to sign him this summer.
