Tottenham Hotspur winger Manor Solomon will have his medical with West Ham United later today, according to journalist Ben Jacobs.
Solomon has been expected to move on from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer despite catching the eye in Spurs’ pre-season, which raised some questions over whether Roberto De Zerbi would give him a fresh chance.
A return to Fiorentina, where he spent the second half of last term on loan, has appeared to be a possibility, if Tottenham reduced their asking price of around £8.5m.
Tottenham have refused to do that though, leaving Fiorentina frustrated, but the Premier League side have found a taker for Solomon and on acceptable terms.
West Ham have agreed to sign the Israeli winger for a fee of £5m plus a further £2m in add-ons.
Matters are moving quickly as the start of the new Championship season approaches and Solomon is set to undergo his medical with West Ham later today.
Solomon will be looking to come through the checks without an issue and then put paper to a contract with West Ham.

The winger has played in the Championship before, with Leeds United, who he helped to win the division and earn promotion to the Premier League.
He performed well in the Championship, leaving a former Leeds boss insisting that defenders did not know how to cope with him.
Solomon also suggested that the intensity and physicality of the Championship was not far off the Premier League’s level.
As such, the winger is not heading into unknown territory.
Hammers boss Nuno Espirito Santo will be hopeful he can hit the ground running and help the side make a good start as they aim for promotion.
For Spurs, Solomon may feel he did not get a proper opportunity, especially with injury playing its part, and it remains to be seen if the north London side are given cause to regret letting him go.
