Tottenham Hotspur return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Leeds United at Elland Road.
Spurs are on a fine run of form after overcoming a poor start to the campaign. Roberto De Zerbi's side have won their last three Premier League matches, defeating Coventry City, Chelsea and Crystal Palace.
They have risen to ninth in England's top tier and will be eager to extend their winning streak to four matches against Daniel Farke's side.
Ahead of the match, Tottenham have complained to the Premier League over a video posted by ESPN Brazil reporter Joao Castelo-Branco.
Tottenham Launch Complaint to Premier League
According to the Times, Tottenham have been left unimpressed by a recent video posted by Castelo-Branco, who is an Arsenal supporter. In the video, the Brazilian journalist joined Gunners fans in a chant that called Spurs 's***'.
In the same video, Castelo-Branco and Arsenal supporters also sung about how much they 'hate' Tottenham.
Spurs have now taken action after the video was widely shared online. It is believed that Tottenham don't want to stop ESPN Brazil from covering their matches in the Premier League. However, they don't think Castelo-Branco should cover their games for the publication going forward.
Castelo-Branco has now taken down the video from his social media pages and issued an apology to the Lilywhites.
“I wanted to apologise to the club for the video I recorded with Arsenal fans in Brazil singing a derogatory chant about Tottenham Hotspur Football Club,” Castelo-Branco told The Times. “Given my role as a correspondent in the UK I feel I made a mistake.
“The video was posted on the podcast Instagram page and reproduced on my personal page.
“I understand it can be offensive to Spurs and Spurs fans and I should have thought more about singing that and the reach it could have. ESPN was notified by the Premier League about Tottenham seeing and disliking the post and we agreed to delete it.
“Hopefully we can move on, and I will rethink and be more careful with the boundaries of having that persona on the podcast.”
It is believed that Castelo-Branco has emailed Tottenham apologising for his actions. It is also reported that he attended an online meeting with ESPN and the Premier League as they look to resolve the dispute.
