Lucas Bergvall had a great first campaign at Tottenham in the 2024/25 season.
The midfielder played 45 games in all competitions as he lifted the Europa League, and largely impressed for Spurs despite their awful Premier League season.
As a result of his performances, Bergvall signed a new contract in April to put off any potential suitors.
Now, Tottenham have taken an additional step to put clubs off their Swedish youngster.
Tottenham place £51.3 million price tag on Lucas Bergvall
As a result of his performances, Bergvall was linked to Real Madrid earlier in the season.

The Swedish international is only 19 years old and has plenty of potential, with Tottenham desperate to keep hold of their midfielder this summer.
According to Fotboll Direkt (18 June), Spurs want at least £51.3 million for Bergvall if they are to depart with the youngster.
The report claims that multiple big clubs are interested in the 19-year-old after an impressive first season in London, but even that price will not put anyone off.
However, Tottenham are under no pressure to sell, with the Swede’s contract lasting until 2031.
On top of this, the report claims that Bergvall is unlikely to leave the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer, with neither the player nor Spurs interested in a departure.
Spurs face big challenge to keep Bergvall long-term
While it seems unlikely that Bergvall will leave this summer, the recent news is a warning to Tottenham.
If they do not up their game this season, players like the Swede may have their heads turned by bigger clubs.
Qualification for Europe this season is a must as Spurs look to return to the top end of the Premier League, but they must do it while navigating the Champions League again.
If this does not happen, it is hard to see Bergvall staying at Tottenham long-term.
