Tottenham have set their sights on a 21-year-old who has impressed in his debut Premier League season, but a summer deal will not be easy for the Lilywhites to complete.

We could see plenty of changes in the middle of the park for Tottenham ahead of Roberto De Zerbi’s first full season in charge.

Spurs Web has relayed several reports suggesting that Joao Palhinha’s future at Tottenham is uncertain, while sources are also suggesting that Yves Bissouma is on his way out of N17.

The Lilywhites have thus seemingly begun looking for reinforcements in the middle of the park, and one youngster has caught their eye.

Tottenham battling for Premier League clubs for Noah Sadiki

CaughtOffside have now claimed that Tottenham Hotspur are considering a summer move for Noah Sadiki, who has won many admirers with his performances for Sunderland this term.

The report claims that Spurs have a ‘long-standing admiration’ for the midfielder, who made the move from Union SG to the Stadium of Light last summer.

It is suggested that the Lilywhites’ interest in Sadiki ‘could turn to concrete action’ if De Zerbi’s men remain in the Premier League.

However, Chelsea have also held talks with the 21-year-old’s representatives, while Man United have identified the youngster as a priority target.

Additionally, Arsenal and Everton are also keeping an eye on Sadiki’s situation, thus potentially making the deal a five-horse race.

Spurs will have to spend big to land Sadiki

CaughtOffside reveal that Sunderland have taken a ‘firm’ stance regarding the DR Congo international, who they see as a part of their long-term project and have no intention of selling.

The Black Cats are in a strong negotiating position since Sadiki’s contract runs until 2030. The outlet claims that it would take an ‘astronomical bid’ for Regis Le Bris’s men to reconsider their stance on the midfielder.

The publication asserts that an offer in the region of €50m-€60m (£43.1m-£51.8m) would be needed to make Sunderland ‘think twice’.
