City close to signing Spurs youth player Dexter Oliver
Manchester City have agreed a deal to sign Dexter Oliver from Tottenham. The transfer is expected to be complete within the next 48 hours.
The 16-year-old midfielder made seven appearances for Tottenham’s Under-18 squad last season, registering two assists.
