Thomas Frank remains in charge of Tottenham ahead of Saturday’s match against West Ham, but his future is very much still in doubt.
Defeat to West Ham could well spell the end for Frank, despite only being appointed Spurs boss in the summer.
Plenty of names have been touted to replace Frank, with Jurgen Klopp a fanciful name on the list of options for Tottenham.
But one favourite has remained consistent among the bookmakers, and that has only been solidified by events elsewhere on Friday.
Oliver Glasner now strong favourite for Tottenham job
Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner has long been considered an ideal option for Tottenham.

And the German is soon to be out of work as he confirmed on Friday he will leave Palace in the summer when his contract expires.
It has long been expected that Glasner‘s time at Selhurst Park is up, having grown unhappy at a lack of spending.
That news is now official, and it could be bad news for Frank.
Indeed, the latest odds have seen Glasner drop from 4/1 to 2/1 to be the next Spurs boss. That can be considered a fairly large shift in the space of a few hours.
Mauricio Pochettino is considered the joint-second favourite at 4/1, alongside Xabi Alonso, who departed Real Madrid earlier this week.
Also among the contenders are Fulham’s Marco Silva (6/1) and out-of-work pair Enzo Maresca (8/1) and Ruben Amorim (10/1).
This is why Glasner would be ideal option to replace Thomas Frank at Tottenham
As witnessed in Tottenham’s 1-0 win over Palace a couple of weeks back, Glasner is able to adapt even when without a number of key players.
Albeit in defeat, the former Eintracht Frankfurt manager got on with it and adapted, which is trait any Spurs boss should have.
Frank has rightly pointed out Tottenham’s number of injuries, but this is simply the way things are and it cannot be used as too much of an excuse.
Tottenham will face strong competition for Glasner if they wait until the summer, with Manchester United also potentially interested.
Should Frank get sacked soon, though, it will pave the way to begin talks over landing Glasner, who appears to be the ideal choice on the face of it.
