Four Tottenham players have been named in the Europa League's 2024/25 Team of the Season.

Cristian Romero is included at centre-back, and the Argentine has also picked up the competition's overall Player of the Season award.

Pedro Porro joins him in the back-line, with Guglielmo Vicario named between the sticks.

Up front, Dominic Solanke has got the nod after racking up five goals and laying on four assists in 13 games.

Tottenham defender Kevin Danso shunned the chance to send a message to Arsenal fans after Wednesday's Europa League win.

The Gunners missed the opportunity to win a European trophy this season when they crashed out of the Champions League with a semi-final defeat to Paris Saint-Germain.

When offered the chance to rub salt into the wounds of Spurs' north London rivals, Danso said: "To be honest, I couldn’t care less what they [Arsenal] do. I’m at Tottenham Hotspur and we just won the Europa League. I’m over the moon about that."

Tottenham's open-top bus parade will begin at Edmonton Green at approximately 5.30pm (BST) later today (Friday).

Fans in attendance can expect it to last between 60 and 90 minutes, according to the club's website.

Afterwards, players and coaches will take to a specially constructed staging area above the High Road outside the stadium, where the trophy will be presented to supporters.

The route and the staging area are expected to be extremely busy, with fans encouraged to get there early.

Tottenham fans will be reading into every word Daniel Levy says as he weighs up the future of manager Ange Postecoglou.

The chairman delivered a speech at Spurs' post-win party in Bilbao, and part of his statement was used to deliver a sincere thanks to Postecoglou and his coaching staff.

Whether it's a fresh endorsement or the start of an amicable split will become clear once Levy's decision is made.

He said: "I want to thank Ange and all of the coaching staff, all of the players. You guys have gone down in history. Thank you very much."

Ange Postecoglou has admitted he will be out of the country by Monday amid speculation over his Tottenham future.

The Spurs boss was presumed to be on his way out until his stock took a huge boost with Wednesday's win over Manchester United.

Chairman Daniel Levy has a big decision to make over the coming days.

But Postecoglou won't be in the country while it's made, as he explained after the victory in Bilbao: "I’ll go back to my hotel room, get my family and friends together, open up a nice bottle of scotch, have a couple of quiet ones, get ready for a massive parade on Friday, play Brighton on Sunday.

"And then Monday I’ll go on holiday with my beautiful family because I deserve it. And que sera sera."
