It's do or die for Tottenham in the Premier League on Sunday.
The relegation battle comes down to the final day and Spurs are hanging on to their status as a Premier League team, needing a point at home to Everton to breathe a sigh of relief and not suffer relegation to the Championship.
The Lilywhites might have secured their Premier League status already, but missed big opportunities against Leeds United (1-1 draw) and Chelsea (2-1 defeat) to get the job done before any final day drama reared its head.
Players return from injury at the perfect time for Spurs
Now they go into the match with Everton needing a result, but at least head coach Roberto De Zerbi has strength in numbers to choose from - something he has not always had since he arrived at the club at the end of March.
Speaking during his pre-match press conference, the Italian said: "[Dominic] Solanke is available. We have to decide if he starts in the first XI or not, and [James] Maddison is available.
"It is always tough to decide before the game how many minutes he can play. Of course, he is a different player, a top player for us. But we have to analyse the physical condition and a lot of things. But both are available."
Djed Spence, called into the England World Cup squad this week, will also be available despite suffering a broken jaw in the game with Chelsea in that collision with Liam Delap, which De Zerbi felt should have been a red card.
One player not available is Cristian Romero, who has caused mass uproar this week when he was seen at boyhood club Belgrano's ground in Argentina doing rehabilitation work on his knee injury, with the news that he would be staying in his home country and not returning for Tottenham's critical final Premier League game of the season against Everton on Sunday.
Belgrano president Luis Artime said: "Yesterday he was training and I told him I think he’s going to be the one who arrives at the World Cup in the best shape. I’ve seen him and he’s in great form. He’s going to arrive well-rested, ready to join the team at its peak."
If he's been training and is in "great form" it begs the question why he is not in England preparing for Spurs' huge relegation game. And even if he is not fit, fan sentiment is that he should be here supporting his teammates.
Alongside Romero, Ben Davies, Xavi Simons, Wilson Odobert, Dejan Kulusevski and Mohammed Kudus remain sidelined and out of the final day clash.
So what team does De Zerbi go with?
The Italian has stuck with the same starting lineup in each of his last three matches, but he must freshen it up for this clash at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Despite Guglielmo Vicario returning from injury, Antonin Kinsky should get the nod in between the sticks. At the back it's as you were most likely, with Pedro Porro and Destiny Udogie either side of the centre-backs Micky van de Ven and Kevin Danso.
It's in front of them that changes should be made.
Two De Zerbi favourites axed for Everton clash
Joao Palhinha stood out against Aston Villa, but was poor against Leeds and Chelsea and needs replacing in the starting lineup. Conor Gallagher can drop back into a more familiar reserved role alongside Rodrigo Bentancur, with James Maddison required to start the game.
He may only have 45 minutes in his legs, but it's better to get Spurs on the front foot early and have an impact, rather than potentially being called upon to rescue the situation as he was against the Blues and could not quite do it.
Mathys Tel keeps his place, with Richarlison moved out to the wing, replacing the ineffective Randal Kolo Muani who does not deserve to play in the final game of the season. Solanke can start up top, with Djed Spence available in reserve to come on on the right hand side ahead of Porro should he not manage 90 minutes and former Everton star Richarlison moves up front.
