Tottenham Hotspur have not given up on the capture of Savinho from Manchester City.

They have failed with an initial offer to sign the 21-year-old Brazilian attacker, but they are prepared to return with a renewed offer for the player. It will be interesting to see if they can convince Manchester City to accept the offer.

Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Manchester City are currently closing doors to any potential move, but their stance could change if there is a suitable offer on the table. Tottenham need someone like him, and the 21-year-old could be an important player for them. It remains to be seen whether they can get the deal across the line.

Savinho needs to move on

The 21-year-old struggled for regular game time at Manchester City last season, and he needs to play more often. He will hope to play in the World Cup with Brazil, and he cannot afford to sit on the bench at Manchester City this season. He needs to join a club where he will get regular opportunities, and Spurs could be the ideal destination. They need more depth and quality on flanks, and they will be able to offer the 21-year-old more opportunities.

Regular football at Tottenham could bring out the best in the South American as well. It could help him fulfil his tremendous potential. He’s a tremendous talent for the bright future, and he could develop into a future star.

It will be interesting to see how the situation develops over the next few weeks. Daniel Levy is not a fan of overpaying for players, and Manchester City will need to be reasonable with their demands.
