Tottenham Hotspur are prepared to cash in on Bryan Gil during the summer transfer window.

The 24-year-old does not have a future at the north London club, and he has been on loan at multiple clubs recently (Valencia, Sevilla and Girona). Tottenham are prepared to get rid of him permanently, and they are ready to sell him for just £10 million.

La Liga clubs keen on Gil

According to Sebastien Vidal, Celta Vigo and Villarreal are keen on the player, and Tottenham are ‘open to offers’.

Tottenham paid £21.6 million for the attacker when they signed him from Sevilla. Erik Lamela went the other way as part of the deal as well. It seems that they are now prepared to let him leave for less than half of what they paid.

Clubs are aware of the fact that Tottenham do not plan to keep him at the club, and therefore they are hoping to sign him for a knockdown price. They will not want to pay over the odds for him.

Bryan Gil needs a fresh start

Additionally, the 24-year-old will likely be eager to leave as well. He will look to end his Premier League nightmare and sort out his long-term future quickly. Gil was regarded as one of the finest young talents in Spanish football when he joined Tottenham, but he has not been able to fulfil his potential.

With that said, he is still quite young and needs to develop further. He needs to join a club where he will be a regular starter. It will be interesting to see if he can establish himself as a key player at his new club.

He could prove to be a quality addition in the right team. It remains to be seen how the situation develops.
