According to Football Insider, they are prepared to send him out on loan if they do not get a suitable offer for his permanent departure.

The player has fallen down the pecking order since the arrival of Thomas Frank. The newly appointed manager has criticised him for his lateness during training and meetings. The transfer window in Turkey closes on 12 September, and the one in Saudi Arabia ends two weeks later. He needs to play regularly at this stage of his career, and leaving Tottenham would be ideal for the player as well.
