In what comes as a huge transfer development, a new report has now revealed Destiny Udogie could ask to leave Tottenham Hotspur this summer, amidst interest from a Serie A club.

In his second season in North London, Udogie failed to hit the heights that he did in his debut campaign at Spurs, but the Italian did have a strong end to the season, playing a key role in Tottenham’s march to Europa League glory.

Earlier this summer, Udogie was linked with a move to Man City, but Pep Guardiola’s men have since signed Rayan Ait Nouri from Wolves.

Some sources from Italy have claimed over recent weeks that AC Milan could turn their attention to Udogie as they aim to strengthen at left-back this summer, and a fresh update has now revealed how the Tottenham Hotspur man feels about a move to the San Siro.

Destiny Udogie is open to swapping Tottenham for AC Milan

TBR Football have now backed up Milan’s interest in the Spurs left-back and consequently, they say that the 22-year-old is tempted by the chance to work with Massimiliano Allegri at the San Siro.

Udogie is said to find the project at Milan ‘appealing’ but Spurs would rather not sell the defender this summer.

The feeling at Hotspur Way is that the Italy international will continue developing and could take his game to a new level under Thomas Frank.

However, it is asserted that should the Rossoneri push ahead with a move for Udogie, the Danish coach will have work to do to convince the full-back to stay at Spurs.

Milan are also looking at a Tottenham Hotspur target

TBR Football say that Udogie is not the only candidate that Allegri’s men are eyeing for the left-back role, with Oleksandr Zinchenko also on their radar.

While the Ukrainian has only one year left on his contract at the Emirates Stadium, his wages will make a deal ‘tricky’ for Milan.

Interestingly, it is alleged that the Italian giants are also admirers of Fulham’s Antonee Robinson but his price might be too high this summer.
