Destiny Udogie has reflected on an unforgettable few days as Tottenham basked in the glow of European glory, and he already has his eye on the UEFA Super Cup.
The celebration at N17 continued on Sunday, following Tottenham Hotspur’s 4-1 defeat to Brighton and Hove Albion at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on the final day of the Premier League season.
Tottenham end their Premier League campaign in 17th place on the League table, having lost a club-record 22 matches across the 38-game stretch.
However, attention remained firmly fixed on their Europa League triumph, with the mood lifted as Brighton formed a guard of honour ahead of kick-off, a mark of respect for Spurs’ 1-0 victory over Manchester United in the final at the San Mames Stadium in Spain.
