Jarrod Bowen has been one of the Premier League’s best players in recent years.
The West Ham captain has helped guide the London club to a European trophy when the Hammers won the Europa Conference League back in 2023.
On top of this, the England international has commonly hit 10-plus Premier League goals a season despite playing for a side that has struggled in the last two campaigns.
Now, Tottenham have been told to make a move for the 28-year-old as they pursue a new winger this summer.
Tottenham told to sign Bowen instead of Mohammed Kudus
In recent days, it has become apparent that Tottenham have made an approach for Mohammed Kudus.
MORE SPURS STORIES
The West Ham star had a fantastic debut season at the Hammers but struggled in the 2024/25 campaign.
Nevertheless, many Spurs fans want to see Kudus make the move across London.
However, some of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium faithful were quick to point out that Bowen would likely be a better buy for Thomas Frank.
However, other Tottenham fans are unsure if Bowen would move from West Ham this summer.
Bowen would be a difficult buy for Spurs
As good as Bowen is, it is difficult to see West Ham letting the winger go, especially to a London rival like Tottenham.
There is no doubt that the England international would transform Frank’s side this season and add a consistent threat on the wings.
However, with Bowen having five years left on his contract, the signing does not seem doable.
While Kudus is arguably not good enough to play for Spurs, it would likely cost a fortune for Daniel Levy to sign his teammate.
However, if Tottenham can find a way to get Bowen, they must go all out to complete the transfer, ready for the 2025/26 season.
