Ho replaces Robert Vilahamn, who was sacked by Tottenham after guiding the Lilywhites to a disappointing 11th-place finish in the Barclays Women’s Super League last season.
The 35-year-old arrives in North London from SK Brann in Norway, where he made history by guiding his side to become the first representative club from Norway to reach the UEFA Women’s Champions League group stages.
Son Heung-min decides he wants one more year at Tottenham
Speculation around Son Heung-min’s future has dominated the discourse at Spurs, with Frank set to meet with the South Korean to discuss his next steps.
The 32-year-old still has one year left on his contract. However, he has reportedly considered a move away this summer after lifting a trophy with Tottenham.
Son struggled to reach the same lofty heights he set for himself in years gone by last season. As a result, this led to Tottenham opening the door to his sale after the pre-season tour in Asia.

As per Fabrizio Romano via X (3 July), Jonathan David has a medical booked with Juventus ahead of a free transfer from Lille this summer.
David was tracked by Spurs for several years. However, the 25-year-old is set to sign a five-year contract with the Old Lady.
Therefore, this rules out a move to North London and adds to the ever-growing list of players to have slipped past Levy’s grasp at Spurs.
