Having lifted the Europa League trophy, Spurs are the team with the bragging rights in North London.
However, they can make a real statement by beating Arsenal on Thursday ahead of the Premier League season.
The Gunners are without a loss to their fierce rivals in their last six meetings, with the last Tottenham win coming in 2022.
New signing Kudus is expected to feature for Tottenham, while Viktor Gyokeres could play a part for Arsenal.
Kudus looked lively against Luton and will want to continue to build connections with his teammates ahead of the new campaign.
Son Heung-min has been heavily linked with a Spurs exit, and there has been talk of LAFC making a move for the South Korean.
