Tottenham are set to battle it out against Newcastle at the Seoul World Cup Stadium in South Korea (3 August).
The confrontation could be the final time that Son Heung-min takes to the pitch for the Lilywhites after the 33-year-old confirmed he will be leaving the club this summer.
His revelation has zapped most of the excitement surrounding the confrontation, but Spurs supporters may still have a couple of things to look forward to.

Tottenham predicted to ‘comprehensively dispatch’ Newcastle
Spurs’ 1-0 win against Arsenal in Hong Kong (31 July) has boosted optimism levels in North London.
The Lilywhites triumphed against the Gunners in what can only be described as a solid defensive performance. There was scepticism when Spurs were spotted practising set pieces during their pre-season warm-ups.
However, practice seems to have made perfect as Arsenal struggled to convert their corners and keep Spurs out on the other end.
As a result, Lilywhite Rose owner John Wenham – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – believes that Tottenham will have a field day against Newcastle in South Korea.
“I expect us to comprehensively dispatch Newcastle in the next game based on what I saw against Arsenal,” Wenham said.
“If we match those levels and that level of performance, we look so strong defensively, but also offensively from corners now. I mean, we were playing set piece FC, and we looked significantly more dangerous than them.”
Micky van de Ven will be important for Tottenham
For all his pace and ability to build out from the back, Micky van de Ven struggled from set pieces last season.
The defender failed to register a single header at goal, which was a shock to several Spurs supporters. However, what he lacks in goals, he makes up for in defensive capability, which will be important for Frank next season.
As a result, Spurs fans should expect to see a lot more from van de Ven during set pieces next season.
