Here is the latest team news and confirmed lineups for this evening’s Premier League match between Tottenham Hotspur and Crystal Palace. Following two defeats in his first two matches in charge, Igor Tudor is searching for his first Premier League points. Spurs’ last league victory came against Palace at Selhurst Park in December.

Meanwhile, Oliver Glasner’s side have been in inconsistent form recently, winning just two of their previous six league games. Palace will want a positive result to regain momentum as they balance their league form with a promising UEFA Conference League campaign.

Tottenham vs Crystal Palace Confirmed Lineups

Tottenham Team News

Thursday will be the last match of Cristian Romero’s suspension following his red card in the 2-0 defeat to Manchester United.

Djed Spence, who missed the defeat to Fulham, remains ruled out. In Wednesday’s press conference, Tudor confirmed: “Djed is out, he’s not ready for the game.”

Spence may return for next Tuesday’s European clash against Atletico Madrid, however, as Tudor said: “We hope [he returns] for the Champions League.”

While there are no new injury concerns, returns remain unlikely with Tudor explaining there was “no other news” regarding injuries.

Injured: Djed Spence, Destiny Udogie, Dejan Kulusevski, Wilson Odobert, Ben Davies, Rodrigo Bentancur, Lucas Bergvall, James Maddison, Mohamed Kudus.

Crystal Palace Team News

Maxence Lacroix is suspended for the trip to north London. The French defender was sent off in the 2-1 defeat against Manchester United.

There are no fresh injury concerns.

Jefferson Lerma is set to return in a limited capacity. Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Glasner said: “Lerma is back in the squad but not ready to start.”

Jean-Philippe Mateta’s return is also imminent, Glasner added: “He now has only four or five days to wait and then he will be hopefully back.”

The Tottenham clash appears slightly too soon with upcoming matches providing a realistic chance for the striker’s return. Glasner confirmed: “The goal is that he is available for the Larnaca and Leeds games.”

Palace’s striking department is further limited by the fact that “Eddie Nketiah won’t be available before April.”

Injured: Jean-Philippe Mateta, Eddie Nketiah, Cheick Doucoure.
