Tottenham Hotspur are set to earn millions by hosting one of the stops in Jay-Z's brand-new tour across the UK, USA and France.
That is according to former Manchester City financial adviser Stefan Borson, who exclusively told Football Insider that Tottenham can take hope from the concerts taking place at Wembley Stadium.
Spurs' iconic stadium has been added to Jay-Z's list of stops, alongside the Yankee Stadium, Stade de France and SoFi Stadium.
Despite often being criticised during his reign in North London, Daniel Levy can certainly be thanked for his role in building the Lilywhites' new home.
While the likes of Aston Villa, Leeds United and even Manchester United are making new stadium plans, Spurs are ahead of the curve in that capacity.
Of course, performances on the pitch were disappointing in 2026-27, but the revenue side of things continues to impress, with the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium generating more and more income.
Tottenham fans to 'temper expextations' despite decent profit
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, Borson estimated that Spurs are likely to make in the region of £4.5million due to the concert, albeit not all of that would be profit.
"It's hard to say. It's hard to know exactly because we don't know the commercial arrangement," he said.
"But just for background, if you go into the Wembley accounts, last year they added extra concerts and the stadiums of similar size, the revenue generated from each event will be similar.
"And their headline revenue from each of those events was an average of £4.5million. So, you'd think it'd be similar for Spurs.
"And then it's a question of how much cost comes out for servicing those and what does the commercial arrangement look like?
"You'd think, profit-wise, they'd probably make £1m [per concert]. It's not going to be the full £4.5m of revenue. That's for sure.
"So it's good, but just just temper expectations about just how good it is for for them in terms of profit."
Tottenham costs have reached ‘extraordinary' level as Stefan Borson analyses official documents Tottenham: Lewis family ready full Daniel Levy buyout as Eight Sports Capital reach 'agreement' Lewis Family change transfer tactics after Daniel Levy
For years, Levy was heavily criticised for his lack of spending, especially in the transfer market, but the Lewis Family have already corrected that.
Fans have been jumping for joy after eye-watering deals for Mateus Fernandes and Sandro Tonali were agreed, spending just below £200m on the duo.
That is without mentioning the £52m deal for Jan Paul van Hecke, and it would appear that Levy's lack of desire to spend has put Spurs in an incredible position financially.
Of course, had the Lilywhites been relegated last season, things could have changed drastically, but looking ahead to next term, it all looks positive.
